Celebrating home while working on Skipper Eye-Q in Nigeria felt a bit surreal. Working here has pushed me to be more honest about what I know, what I don’t, and how much learning it really takes to build something that fits.
Being far from home makes you realize how much your values travel with you and how they show up in how you work, listen, and make decisions.
